Dry-ice-pellets – diameter 3mm

We compress carbon dioxide snow into various kinds of blocks and granulations in order to provide further usage. The pellets with the finest granulation have a diameter of 3mm, a cylindrical shape and differ in size from 5 to 30 mm length. Our machines used in the process are equipped with certain extruder plates producing the required granulation.

Dry ice for cleaning purposes

Our finest pellets of dry ice are usually used for cleaning surfaces of most various kinds: dry ice is blasted with high speed on the soiled areas. Firstly, the dry ice blasting freezes and bursts the layers of dirt and secondly, clears away its particles without damaging the material’s surface.Besides, the 3mm pellets can be perfectly used to cool smaller objects for a short duration due to its relatively low mass in comparison to its contact areas. Examples are cold traps in laboratories or the cooling of groceries as dry ice is non-poisonous and as well taste- as odourless.
